Glen A. Krahenbuhl
Glen Krahenbuhl has practiced law since 1989.
Glen focuses his practice primarily in the areas of construction law
and litigation. Mr. Krahenbuhl regularly represents general
contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners/developers, architects
and engineers in all phases of construction law and practice from
contract negotiations and drafting through litigation or arbitration of
disputes involving both private and public construction projects
throughout Colorado.
Mr. Krahenbuhl obtained his Bachelor of Science
degree with honors at the University of Florida in 1986. In May,
1989, Mr. Krahenbuhl received his law degree from the University of
Colorado School of Law. While attending law school, Glen was a
member editor of the University of Colorado Law Review.
Mr. Krahenbuhl began his legal career in
Albuquerque, New Mexico. After nine years of private practice in
New Mexico, Mr. Krahenbuhl and his family relocated to Boulder where
Glen joined the established firm of Wells, Love & Scoby, LLC.
Glen has litigated and arbitrated all types of
construction matters and business disputes, including trials in both
state and federal courts. Over the past several years, Mr.
Krahenbuhl has spoken before numerous construction industry groups and
professional organizations pertaining to construction industry issues.
