PERSONAL

Mr. Blockwick lives the Colorado lifestyle to the fullest, individually and with his family, wife Kathy and children Jeffrey and Alison. An active climber for more than thirty years, he has pursued rock climbing, ice climbing and mountaineering throughout the US and in Canada, Alaska and South America.  Other activities including mountain biking (including the Leadville Trail 100), backcountry skiing in the US and Canada, desert canyoneering and anything else that offers outdoor fun and challenge. He is also a dedicated guitarist, having played in a number of bands over the years, and still loves live music from opera to rock and roll (Phish!).  He enjoys all of this the most when done with Kathy or the kids, and much of the outdoor and other activity is a family affair. He has lived in Colorado since 1976 and Boulder since 1985.
